Enduro Manager ("we", "us", "our") is an endurance racing platform for sim racing: a website and a desktop app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. Contact: support@enduromanager.com.
When you use the Service, we also collect:
In every session. When you drive with the desktop app running, we do not collect any data about your session, your driving, or your telemetry; however during the beta, we collect pit stop measurements to compute typical values. The community can only see those aggregated values, and cannot see your data. This is a condition to participate in the beta.
In a team race. Sharing data with your teammates is essential for team races. The app sends race data from your iRacing session, such as fuel, lap times, pit stops, and the race log. Your teammates see this data during the race and in the race analysis. The app also sends its log for troubleshooting purposes.
You can also opt in to share more.
We use your data on these legal bases:
We send sign-in links when you request to sign in. We also send occasional emails with product updates and tips.
You can refuse product updates and tips when you create your account, and turn them off at any time on your account page.
Every email includes a link to stop sending emails to your address. Clicking it adds you to our suppression list and we will not send you any further email.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
We use service providers to operate the Service: hosting and file storage, database, technical logs, email, the AI help assistant, and voice for Team Radio. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide the Service.
Most of your data is stored in the European Union. Email and the AI help assistant use providers in the United States. These transfers are protected by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your teammates can see your display name and time zone, and the race data of your team races. Your email address is never shown to other users, including teammates.
Uploaded races and laps. A race, a lap or a pit stop can be uploaded and shared with a link. Anyone who has the link can open the page.
An iRacing session includes many drivers. The race data that the desktop app sends contains the name, iRacing ID and ratings of every driver in the session.
Any driver can ask us to hide their name. Click Remove my name at the bottom of a shared page, or write to support@enduromanager.com with the link to the page that shows your name. Once your name is hidden, nobody sees it on shared pages anymore, and your car is shown by its number instead.
You can update your information from your account page at any time. To get a copy of your data, write to support@enduromanager.com.
You can delete your account from Account > Danger zone > Delete my account. When you delete your account:
You can also object to how we use your data, or ask us to correct it, at the same address. You have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
We do not use cookies. The website makes no request to any other company: no advertising, no analytics, no tracking.
Your browser keeps your session and your display settings in its local storage.
